79estates is a fully licensed Real Estate Agent – enrolled as part of the new compulsory regulation obliging real estate agents to be registered in the Comunidad Valenciana. All agents operating in the Comunidad Valencian must comply with the legal obligations and register before August 2023.

We are also now a proud member of the API, AIPP & APIAL – Agente de la Propiedad Inmobiliaria – associations that have been present in Spanish real estate for many years. Being a part of each association is an option taken by Real Estate Agents and includes obligations in training, experience and an extensive ethical code.
