Gary and Elaine have a refreshing approach in that their primary objective is to understand what their clients want and then identify the best available properties to fit the brief. There is no hard sell, their focus is to find the right property in the right area within budget or to manage client expectations where there is a need for compromise. Having spent a significant amount of time trawling through various websites, once we were in Spain, it very quickly became apparent that a significant number of properties we had identified as possibles were either unavailable or prices had gone up significantly as additional phases were released. Consequently, the work done by 79 Estates before our arrival was invaluable, as they could show us properties within our budget and ticked many of the boxes we had challenged them to find us. As such, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and are now looking forward to moving into the new property they found for us in early 2022.
